Possible bug

Hello everyone. My application is in Spanish, and my database is Google Sheets (in Spanish). When a word in a key column has an accent, and that table is referenced from another table, when creating a form, if the word with an accent appears as selected in the drop-down list of the ref field, the rest of the options do not appear, only the word itself. If the word does not have an accent, it shows all the options. In the application development tool, in mobile or tablet, it works correctly, but in the browser version this error occurs. I have tried in several browsers, in Spanish and English, and the problem is the same. If I remove the accent from the word everything works fine. The two columns have normal text format in the sheets tables. This has started to happen very recently, in several applications at the same time, which until now worked well. If you could please review the latest changes I would appreciate it.

It occurs both in a quick edit field in a detail view and in a normal field in a form.

I just checked that the problem is not in the key field, but in the label field: if any option in the label field contains an accent, when selecting it and saving, opening the drop-down menu again only that option appears and not all of them, but if it does not have an accent, they all appear correctly every time. This is a problem because accents are very important in Spanish.

The problem only occurs in dropdown lists, with any type of list, such as an Enum field:

More details: the same thing happens with an appsheet database, it's not a Google Sheets thing. In this example, open table 2 and edit any row; if the row contains a name without an accent (Jane Doe), it shows the entire list of options when editing the "Id_rel" element; if the edited row is a name with an accent (Rosalía), the list doesn't appear, only that element.
It doesn't only happen with the accent in Spanish, it also happens with other characters.
All the solutions found are unsatisfactory and must be applied in all apps.
