Potential Bug with "image" Type Image Upload Functionality

Hello,

I have a question for the AppSheet community. I'm experiencing an issue with an image upload functionality in an app I developed using AppSheet. Specifically, when using the "image" type for uploading photos, there are instances where the uploaded image turns completely white, with no visible content.

This issue occurs randomly and doesn't affect all photos. I haven't been able to pinpoint the cause, and I'm seeking assistance from the AppSheet community. Have any of you encountered a similar problem with the "image" type upload functionality? If you have, I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice on potential solutions or identifying the root cause.

Is there any matching parameters between the images that get blanked? things like image size, format, user who uploaded them, device, anything of the sort?

I have a question for the AppSheet community regarding an error I encountered with the image upload functionality. I'm using multiple devices, specifically Android (AQUOS sense2) and iOS (iPhoneSE2), and I experienced this error on only one device from each platform.

Here are some details:

• Devices used: Android (AQUOS sense2), iOS (iPhoneSE2)
• Image size: 1600×2133
• Image format: jpg
• Uploading user: I am logged in with the same Google account on multiple devices.

Additionally, I have received new information. On one Android device, there was a slight freeze during image capture. On the iOS device, there were no noticeable abnormalities. However, after capturing dozens of photos, I discovered that some of the images on Google Drive appeared as blank pages. When I checked the smartphone, the images taken were still intact.

Based on this information, it seems that there may be an issue related to a communication error during the upload process.

I would appreciate any insights or advice from the AppSheet community regarding this error. Is there a way to interrupt the process if an upload error occurs in this particular scenario?
