Price column error when generate a file

Hi community,
We have a bot that generates an Excel File with the data of a table.
The problem is with the columns that are price type, instead of showing the price, it shows the following:

Is a problem with the bot, the document config or the column?

Try using the same template formulas but make it create a PDF.  Does that give the same issues?
