Priority trigger in the form

In the form, which option will be launch , and another one will be dismissed?

When the form automatically save the form after the last field is filled in, 

-auto re-open

-Behavior  - Event Action  -  Form Saved  -  Deep Link 

(Both of option are set to the form)
