Private tables pre-populated for shared app

Hi all.
I have been asked to share my app with others. But, Iโ€™m in a unique situation.
My app has to only track each individuals data so I want to use private tables. I donโ€™t want to store users data for them, so filtering wont work for me. However, there are some tables that I would like to send along with the app. For instance, tables that have values in an enumlist that references a list on a table of โ€œActivitiesโ€, โ€œStore Numbersโ€, etc.
What is the best solution to keep my data private, not store their information, yet provide them with a bulk of data that is critical to the proper function of the app?
Is it possible to just send them a sanitized copy of the app with the data and let them use it that way?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

To use private tables or data partitioning, you need to subscribe to AppSheet Business Plan and your app needs to be a secure sign-in app. What your app does? Whatโ€™s the purpose for your app? Can you expand and clarify the idea regarding individual data?
