Problem with Action: Open URL - No Work in Mobile App

Good morning,

i’m working in one app in which I did one action that when you click on it, it will open an URL. On the PC works perfectly, the action open the URL in seconds, but the problem is on the ‘‘mobile app’’ the URL never open, when you’ll click on the action button the page turn white and never entry to the URL.

How can I solve this? Is it a bug or mine error?

I’d have to guess the URL points to a resource the device doesn’t know how to display.
