Problem with my app: took too long to process

Hello everyone,

I have a big problem with my app. It was working fine until yesterday some users started having issues while using the app. We have been using the app for several years without major problems. I am attaching screenshots of problems encountered by some users.

I hope one of you will be able to identify the problem so that I can correct it as soon as possible.

Likely your data has grown over time to the point it is too much to process within the time limit AppSheet imposes. Consider the following:

• Remove old unneeded data altogether.
• Implement security filters to reduce the data sent to the app.
• Review the use of queries in virtual columns and optimize them..
