Problem with pdf creation and workflow email

Hi, does anybody knows why we can not attach email body and email attachmet template anymore, and when it is attached it opens an error or a blank page.

I got problems with PDF creation aswell.
When there are more than one action in a workflow or report, it uses just the template from the first action. So the “Do this” works fine, but all the files create in “and” are the same from the Attachment Template.

hi we have created new workflow rule and when we try to attach template doc it saves it and wont open to make changes on it, display’s error massage, and then we tried to attach doc template that is already in one of the workflow rules that we know it works and the same thing happens.

We reported the same problem to support this morning for different account, here is ss

Same problem here. I’ve set two different reports with different templates but since this morning the second report uses the same template of the first report.

Quick update , we have found the problem and have a fix being built. Don’t yet have an ETA for deployment yet but will let you know when we do.
