Problems connecting to MySQL database

Hello, good morning everyone, I am trying to connect to my MySQL database (cPanel), but I get the following error:

Failed to establish connection. Details: One or more SQL Server errors has been encountered: A network or connection configuration error occurred. Please verify that the connection parameters are correct and that the database firewall is configured to allow remote connections from AppSheet.

I have already tried to add to MySQL remote several of the IPs that appear in: Managing IP Addresses and Firewall Information | AppSheet Help Center but it still does not work for me.
