Problems with records not being displayed instantly

Dear Sirs:

We are having problems with some users,
it happens that when they register they do not see it, so they register it again causing a duplicate. And after a while they synchronize the app again and then all this is reflected on the same mobile.

Has the same thing happened to anyone? Any idea why it happens?

This is an app design issue. You need to prevent them from registering more than once, and need to force a sync immediately after the first registration attempt.

Dear:

The application has its restrictions and validations, which do not allow duplication. We have done tests and this works well.

However, there are users who use the app in offline mode and that is where they notice this sporadic behavior.

What they indicate is that they record data, then they stop seeing it, then they record it again, thinking that it was deleted. We do not know why the application allows this if it has these restrictions to avoid it.

This suggests a slice issue.
