Pull data from cells that change based upon a drop down menu in sheets

I have a drop-down in Cell b4 that chooses different people. once a person is selected the cells in column c through z all change with data specific to that person.

Is it possible to have the google sheets drop-down menu in cell b4 change based upon what person they click on in gallery view on the front end?

It is an AppSheet question. I am trying to use data in appsheet that is pulled from cells in spreadsheet that have data that change based upon which person they have selected on the view in appsheet
