Questions with same Choice

I want to create Audit form that have 4 Audit Classification each Audit Classification have 5 Audit condition. each Audit condition have 3 choice of answer.

Auditor have to select all 4 of Audit Classification 20 Audit condition with 1 answer

but when i selected 1st Audit Classification and one of Audit condition and selected answer choice. The rest of Audit Condition turn in to the Audit Condition that was selected before
(there all in the same table)

how to make each choice independent from each other.

It implies that your REF values are not matching. Please check your tables and ensure that the REF columns have the KEY COLUMN value of the referenced table.

I get it but still in Audit Question15 show just 1 choice instead of 5 like the 1st image. TT

How can I say anything or comment better without knowing how have you constructed those question columns, what are your expressions etc.?
