Recovery JSON file not created.

We have performed a system reset on the software (as advised on previous threads) as there were 180 pending syncs. 

I was expecting a recovery file to be created so we could access this data in JSON format and then convert it into CSV but this has not appeared.

Has anyone had this issue and can advise?

I have encountered the same.  I don't know why the JSON payload that can be inserted through simple API call isn't being created.  Maybe the complexities to do so and support every possible type of app were too great?? 

You can certainly create your own process in App Scripts to load the unsubmitted data. 

We found it much simpler to just have the users re-insert the data once the problem has been fixed.  It also helped to educate users on the need to communicate issues for faster resolution but more importantly to Sync their apps frequently to avoid these issues - which was our primary reason the recovery was needed.  We have fewer occurrences  of issue on each release now than when the app was new.

I wish AppSheet support would take this issue seriously.

This issue relates to ALL apps and the Recovery data was being  create back in March.

AppSheet needs to fix this issue ASAP.

It would be interesting to know how to create the script you mentioned and in fact use one that  has been built by the community.
