アプリのあるカラムでスプレッドシートで作成したリストからRefでドロップダウンで選択できるようにしました。

このスプレッドシートで作成したリストは追加や削除が頻繁に行われます。

スプレッドシート上で追加や削除をした場合すぐにアプリ上に反映されるのではなく、Appsheetの編集画面でRegenerate structureをクリックしないと反映されないです。

このRegenerate structureを自動で行うような設定や他にもっと良い方法があれば教えていただきたいです。

"Regenerate Structure" is used when you introduce changes to the column structure of your tables, for example deleting or adding new entire columns.

To update values, add or delete rows, directly in the sheet, just wait for the app to sync or simply press the sync button, and your spreadsheet changes will be reflected in your app.

Regenerate structureの自動化は機能としてありません。

そもそも論として、スプレッドシート構造とAppSheetエディタが別々に管理される状態はAppSheet的に望ましくない状態です。運用面での見直しからご推奨いたします。

Regenerate structure automation is not a feature.

To begin with, the spreadsheet structure and the AppSheet editor are managed separately, which is undesirable from an AppSheet perspective. I recommend that you start by reviewing the operational aspects.
