Ref column filtered selection.

I am working on a maintenance app and I want my users to be able to add parts to the maintenance order. I am currently using a ref column that pulls from the parts table to add the part number.

I would like to filter the data in this list by the company selected in the form, and if the part is in stock. Both of these values are defined in the parts table, but I cannot figure out how to filter them.
