Reference Data Not Displaying

When adding data to Table A, a series of actions take place where rows are added to Table B. Table B is a reference table to Table A.

Once data is added, rows are added to the Table B but only in the back-end (on google sheets) and do not display on the app itself. Please refer to the attached image.No rows display hereNo rows display here

Does anyone have suggestions as to why this is the case?

I would guess the rows added to Table B do not actually reference the row in Table A. Table B must have a column of type Ref with a Source table of Table A. The column value of that Ref column in Table B must contain the key column value of the row in Table A.
