Regarding the pricing plans for AppSheet:

We have developed an app that allows the general public to search for nearby pharmacies that have the medication they need in stock. Currently, we are using the Core plan included in Google Workspace, and we successfully released a white-labeled version of the app on Apple after submitting it for review. We are planning to submit it to the Google Play Store as well.

The app requires users to log in, and as downloads increase, we anticipate a growing number of active users. Can the Core plan continue to support this growth? If we maintain this plan, will we incur additional charges from Google?

Additionally, I have heard of the Publisher Pro plan, which is billed per app rather than per user. If we wish to switch to this plan, could you advise us on the steps we need to take to apply for it?

If you want an public app to search for nearby pharmacies then maybe you do not need to ask the user to login (unless apple and google play store require apps to be signed in) => switch to publisher pro will charge you only for the app not the user (50$/app/month)

If you still go for Core plan to publish the app, google might charged you based on how many user using the app in the past month. And the fee for that will not be comfortable as the number of users go up if I might say.
But right now you can still share the app to personal user without charging any fee from you (I don't know when will they block this)

This is just my thought on this, for further question about pricing and billing, just ask Appsheet sales

whats app name ?

When contacting AppSheet support, I think it would be a good idea to tell them the following conditions.

#Conditions
- Because it is a public (white label) app, the number of app users cannot be limited
- It is necessary to obtain login information (user email address) and use it in the Security Filter
I think it would be a good idea to tell them that you would like to know the optimal pricing plan for the above conditions.

There's two routes you could take on this:

  1. Build a publisher pro app, removing any of the identify or personalization.
  2. Switch to an Enterprise license, and add X number of External User licenses.

Or you could continue to use a Core license, passing on the $5/month cost to the users.

Publisher pro apps, however, will not allow you to use USEREMAIL() - so you can't determine who the user is reliably, so you don't want to have any private info available in an app like this.  These types of apps serve as public facing websites of sorts, places where people can get and submit information - but not a place where they can login and access their account, etc. etc.
