Remove next and previous tabs

Hello:

I am using Google forms to create a form inside my app. My conditional logic has been automatically populated and the form flows once the user selects their answer. I would like to remove the next and previous tab on most of the pages as it appears in some of the App Sheets tutorials.

I have found a workaround but I have multiple last pages based on this conditional logic but save only shows up on one page (the very last one) but I want it to show up on each decision tree

Set a single "last page" that every path ends on at the end.
