Require Filling Out a Nested Table

Hello, all. How can I make completing a nested table required based on information in parent table?

The parent table is named “Timecard,” and asks: “Operate Fleet?”

If the answer is “Yes”, I want the nested table - “Fleet Inspections” - to require completion.

The “Required” field in the parent table for the nested table (REF_ROWS) is grayed out and wont allow writing an expression.

Some other way to do this?.. Thank you!

You could use another column’s Validation for that purpose.

It needs to be in the parent record.
