Row selected action not opening external link anymore in Dashboard mode

"Row selected" action not opening external link anymore in Dashboard mode (Both Desktop preview and normal)

I have to expand a single view to full mode on dashboard and then it works to select row and the new window with the file opens.

My understanding is it has not been working even before, apart from Card view, where the on select action was respected inside the dashboard.

Funny, as I had it working until yesterday ๐Ÿ˜‚

Now I click and nothing happens.

It only works if you turn off "interactive mode".
