Run an Action from an Expression

Is there a way to run an Behavior Action from an Expression?

For example, I want to run an Behavior -> Action, from a Column’s Initial Value Expression or Application Formula, etc?

This would avoid the need to copy and paste the Expression from the Behavior Action into the Column’s respective expression.

Hmmm Odd. It would enable a considerable amount of reuse with an application.

I would like to see something like this for Actions, as there is for views:

What is your goal? I bet you can come up with a solution to do what you need some other way.

You can set an action to App: go to another view, then use a deep link expression as the target.

Reusable expressions that were complex to write. It is looking more like a feature request.

Perhaps, but if you don’t describe your goal, you’ll never know. Or maybe I’ll never know…

I was going to wait a few days to see if there was any staff reply. But most likely I will need to make a feature request.
