Run bot run run bot run (personal use)

This might be a redundant question.

I'm trying to setup bot to send email alerts to myself before an event is due in 2 days.

I'm using Appsheet purely for personal use, so it's not deployed and I'm not planning on paying a monthly fee.

So, I saw a msg in the app that only deployed app can run on schedule.

Is there any other method of getting a reminder depending on the due date of events?

I've never tried, but maybe there's some way to chain automations--e.g., have one that waits 30 days and then makes a data change that triggers either another 30 day wait or the <30 day wait to send the email.

I did read somewhere that it would start charging when I have 10 subscribers, but can I set my app to private still and not get any subscriber? If that's how it works?

My understanding is that 10 users is the limit for undeployed apps without incurring charges, and that any deployed app requires a paid account even for a single user. Nonetheless, I'm definitely not clear on how the Personal use only? property pertains to account plan requirements and charges. That would be a good question to post in a new thread to try to get clarity.

Explore triggering the automation event using a data change and including in the automation process a Wait condition.

Hum... yeah, I did read some documentations about that, but I have monthly events setup for a few months later, so the time wait thing might not work.

If I deployed my app, how long would I have for the grace period before I get charged?

Thanks, I guess I will have to sacrifice the schedule functionality for now. Case closed
