Scan field not showing in form on iPhone

Hi guys. I had a demo set up tonight of a public app that uses a QR scanning field in a form. This works fine on my iPhone 12 but the scanning field was not shon in the form on his device (iPhone 10 or 11 I think) so the demo didnโ€™t go so well ๐Ÿ˜ฌ. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why? As far as I can see his phone settings were correct.

Does the column have a Valid If expression? If so, did it produce an empty list result?
