Hi have an issue where a search in a drop down is not finding the label, but search for the key works.
What am I missing? Why do I think the concatenated key is causing the issue?
For example this is the label I am searching for
My label field search tick is on. So can not be that.
Do not find Serenity in search
How I find it if I search for part of the key text.
A bit confusing as you're images don't seem to match the appsheet columns. But its either of 2 things.
1 = You've got searchable turned off for the relevant column
2 = The column you're seeing "serenity" in the App is actually a Ref column. So the contents of it are actually the key column for the parent table. The text your seeing is actually the Display column from the parent table.

Whatever you want to see in drop down list from referenced table mark it as a lable.
The label is on.
It seems the appsheet bug is related to having to either:
1. A concatenated virtual column as a key.
2. Or just using a virtual column as key without any concatenation
Currently my key is a concatenation of the Inventory Owner and Product Name & Reference columns as shown on picture in my 1st post. This is to ensure that a duplicate product is not created for the same inventory owner.
I have resorted to change my key to just be my Product Name & Reference alone which is also not a virtual column and it working.
So it seems the above scenario in either my point 1 or 2 is causing the issue.
Maybe I am missing something but this definitely seems like a bug.
How do I report a bug in Appsheet?
