Security Filter failed and showed only the rows that should be hidden instead

I have the following security filter on a table that filters for the 2 most recent years by timestamp:

The filter had been working fine for about 1 year. No changes were made to this filter in that time.

Today, my user reported an issue. One of the Slices of this data is displaying only the rows that are NOT filtered. 

I counter-checked this with the other views and slices under the table containing the security filters. I noticed that this issue only occurs with one particular slice, while the other slices do not have this problem. (ie: Other slices in the same table show only most recent 2 years by timestamp, but only "Items Database Slice" is showing all rows except the most recent 2 years.)

Anyone else experienced this? I would think this could be a bigger problem had my filtered rows contain sensitive data.

This is the Slice that is problematic. I clicked into "Preview Data".

The result displays the first rows of my table, which should be hidden.

When I do the same for the other Slice that is showing up correctly...

The result is that nothing shows up (because the first 1000 rows are supposed to be hidden by the security filter).

I also verified that another user is seeing that same problematic slice, but showing up correctly. ie: Not all users in organization are seeing this problem. 

I'm seeing this problem on my mobile app, as well as on my browser version. Reloading/ Re-syncing has no effect.

What it shows if you check the data through Data > Your filtered table > Preview data? Does it show those rows for all users except the user you have specified?
