Security Filters And view restrictions

Hello

I have two problems i can’t seem to understand:

1. I have setup security filters on the app, and tested it on another phone with a different email, works great, however, myself as the creator i’m also affected by this and can’t view all the data. how can i bypass the security filter?

2. The same app, i have a lot of views that i don’t want my users to view, how can i restrict a view completely for a user?
