Sending Bulk Whatsapp message through Twilio

I was able to send WhatsApp messages through Twilio using Appsheet. but I have to write the number manually.

For example, I created a task:
and inside the body, I have to write manually the following:
To=whatsapp:%2B60xxxxxxx&From=whatsapp:%2B14xxxxxxxBody=TestTest

The “To” part is the number I want to send the message to.
I know there is a “Body Template” which I can link to my table, but I tried many times with now luck

Please is there is any way to connect to my contacts list and send messages to my contacts.
