Sending an email when [Days Since last Inspection]>[Inspection Interval]

The automation email works when any change is made to the [Inspection Interval] column 

Instead I need it to send an email when the [Days Since last Inspection] table reaches a greater number then the [Inspection Interval]

You probably need to use a "schedule" event type that runs every day, instead of a data-change event.
