Separator time change to one dot

I have a colomn in appsheet with type data TIME and it display with colon separator,. but why in colomn of spreadsheet it change to one dot separator,.? so I cant count the duration of time.,

set the local time done, setting browser time done, desktop time done, set language done

but it doesnt works

can you help me please
