Shift Scheduling

Hi all, 

I'm new here, and would like to use the "Shift Scheduling app"

After my first test, this is things I would like to change:

- When availbale shifts are booked, to delete the shift from the front end.

-To see only the available shifts on the app.

- The staff details should be privet.

-Every staff should see only his own shifts.

-And the very important thing, is to book the same shift only one time.

it it possible for you to implement every single one of those listed features.

What do you mean by "front end"? Do you mean that the shift has to be hidden but not deleted in the "back end" hence the database - google sheet or anything else you're using as a data base? If you want something to be hidden but not deleted, try looking into slices.

Staff details should be private, meaning hidden from whom exactly?
Try looking into security filters

(security filters will also work for showing staff their own shifts only).

As per your last request, you need to insert a formula into the "suggested values" field of the column that displays the available shifts. Look into SELECT ()

What do you mean by "front end"?

I mean the app users, to not be in the available shift list.

Staff details should be private, meaning hidden from whom exactly?

I would like that every staff, see only his profil and shifts.
