Thanks for your reply, I expressed myself badly... Whatsapp works but what I can't figure out is using a short url or a predefined text in the message that arrives. I am attaching screenshots for better understanding
It sounds like you want the WhatsApp message to include hyperlinked text rather than an explicit URL. WhatsApp doesn't offer that functionality.
If it were worthwhile, you could use a URL shortening service like bitly or TinyURL, whose APIs you can call from your app using a Call a script task in an automation.
