Simple app base on Google sheet table

Hi all. I have google sheet where some users put data in rows. The data is simple, text, numbers. accidentally noticed on the appsheet. And it great for my purpose of using Google sheet. But I have some problems:

1. In app my data is put in wrong columns (example name of user put in different column address of user e.t.c.)
2. As I think table in app can group rows by creator like in pivot table but I don’t understand how it works. Now I see in app all rows without any group.

Please help as newbie in this app.
