Start Filter By - Year 3 doesn't appear

Hello, 

We generate a report using a filter expression with 3 criteria ( Tahun ke-1, Tahun ke-2, Tahun ke-3), but critera with Tahun Ke-3 cannot appear ( only Tahun ke-1 & ke-2  

the expression is :

1) <<Start:filter(monthly_tuitionfee,and([student_id]=[_THISROW].[student_id],[year]=”Tahun Ke-1”))>><<[line]>> 

2)<<Start:filter(monthly_tuitionfee,and([student_id]=[_THISROW].[student_id],[year]=”Tahun Ke-2”))>><<[line]>>

3)<<Start:filter(monthly_tuitionfee,and([student_id]=[_THISROW].[student_id],[year]=”Tahun Ke-3”))>><<[line]>>

we have checked the database, there is no difference with criteria 1 and 2, the format is the same.
