Strange issues in the visual editor

I don't know if I'm just tired (most likely), or if I'm also experiencing strange issues in the editor, especially in the visual editor. Are you guys experiencing this too?

When I click on a field in the form, to edit the column directly, it sends me to the view and not to the column editing. Is this normal?

According to the support team, the change is intentional. I think the new change makes editing columns a lot harder, especially when the column names and display names are not the same.

To wrap up this topic, I have to say that it seems this change in AppSheet is permanent. However, it is possible to edit the column from the editor. While it takes us to the view editor, in the view editor there is an 'edit' icon, which is a pencil that, when clicked, allows you to edit the field. I just wanted to point out that even though some time has passed, I only noticed this today. It might not be the most convenient, but it’s a bit hidden and allows editing.
