Sudden Bot Failures: Suspected Google Forms–AppSheet Integration Issue

Hello AppSheet Community,

Since Thursday, December 12, we've been experiencing an issue affecting our 61 bots configured with Google Forms to generate emails with attachments. Everything was functioning perfectly—over 600 successful executions—until that date, when suddenly all the bots started failing simultaneously.

Here are a few actions we've tried without success:

1. Testing older versions of the app, but the issue persists.
2. Running manual tests from the “Test” section, where emails are generated and sent correctly, suggesting that the existing bot configurations (which worked perfectly before) are not the root cause.
3. Creating a similar bot with a new app and a different user account, but the result was the same.

We suspect the problem may lie in the integration between Google Forms and AppSheet, specifically regarding how forms are being handled.

We would greatly appreciate any guidance or support from the AppSheet community and the AppSheet team to help us determine if there's a service limitation or a technical error causing this issue.
