Supporting Links or attachments

Hello, I try to make something like this template but still can not do that.
the question is :
How to show a link like in my screenshot. NEW to open other page. I copy this from template : APPROVALS

Did you actually look under the hood at that template app? It has a request details table which is referenced from request. When you hit new, it pops up the form for that child table:

The request table has a VC which links to the request details table:
