Sync data 'disappearing' and sync failing

Hi

I keep getting sync failures on one of my dev apps (ExceptionHandlerFramework: CustomerFacingException). I've tried to trace the issue and not had much success so far.

the data is all SQL based.

One thing I've noticed is that the data for various fields appears in the Appsheets display however when the sync fails and I view the query log the data for those fields is not in there.

The fields are all set to Varchar in SQL and will accept Null entries so they shouldn't cause the sync to fail but I'm not sure?

Any suggestions? Or any suggestions as to how I could trace the cause of the sync failures?
