TIME column doesn't format to 24h only on iPhones

Hi All

So i'm using a Time type collumn, and the entry is suppose to be 24h, I've read all about this :

The Time Picker in the Emulator AND on Android shows 24h correctly :

24h on emulator correctly displayed

however, on iphones, the timePicker reverts back to 12h format. I've tried to change the iphone Language with no success.. :

I've checked to make sure, and both my app editor table localisation and my Google sheet are set correctly to French(canada) (so... 24h) and the data in the GSheet displays 24h correctly :

It's a minor issue, but an annoying one, considering that the Time data in our use case is the main data we pull to get... well almost everything else !

Anyone has seen that before?

On iPhone, go to Settings --> General --> Date & Time, and set the 24-h format there.

The iPhones with this bug are already set in the 24h format
