In a form I choose a value from a drop-down and I want the value of another column to appear in another field to which the value chosen by me corresponds. Would it be possible to do it? Thank you.

Hello again Steve,
I have created a form in which the answers are YES, NO and DOES NOT APPLY. So when I enter the data I have configured it by buttons. Now, I want is that when I export it to a docs or pdf template it will keep the button format. Because in the template it logically indicates the answer in text format.
I understand that it is complicated, but can it be done?
