I want the report to look like this. How should I do it?

The template I designed is not what I wanted and the table is moving. What should I do?

You are probably better of setting up your template in a Sheet and in the back-end create a script (deployed as a web app) and pass in the referencing ID as the parameter.

Then the script can fetch all the needed data from your table(s).

++ Do whatever processing is needed as well.

Keep in mind your columns may shrink/grow based on the data being presented.
