What is the article not clear on? Here is a screenshot that explains using the [_ROWNUMBER] as a key and the fact that Appsheet will give a warning.

Error means App sheet is temporarily using that column as a primary key. You have to create a column in your excel spreadsheet  and create a system that can identify each row. you can use 1234... for each row then go back to app sheet and untick(Key) the column its complaining about and select(key) the new column you created. if i am not clear copy and paste the error on YouTube to get a demonstration
