Time sheet app

Hi I am creating a timesheet app for the volunteers of an organization I manage. I previously created an excel sheet of the data I need but hen looking at the app I’m seeing hourly wages. How can I remove that completely from the app?

I have tried removing it from the source excel sheet but it still appears in the “Employee Form”. Volunteers aren’t paid. PLEASE HELP!
