Is it possible to show or not show a Dashboard view using a USERSETTINGS() formula in Show if?

You can use something like this USEREMAIL() = “abc@def.com

Thanks for answering @June_Corpuz. I think I need to be more specific about this:

First, all users can see everything. I need the user to select an option in a USERSETTINGS() form and based on this selection, specific dashboards should be shown to the user.
