UX Problem:How to solve completely different detail preview on phone vs tablet when clicking map pin

Hi all, on phone when a map pin is clicked this nice card shows up with the name, program and action icons which is what I want (see below).

Clicking the title takes users to a card layout which is also desired (see below).

On tablet, clicking a map pin takes users to a standard non-card detail view which is missing information because it was set up to display as a card (see below). There is also no way to click through to the nice card layout either.

How do I get this last view on the tablet to be like the one on phone?

To be honest, I'm not completely sure. Can you try by running the app inside the emulator using Tablet size and checking which view is mentioned at the bottom?
