Unable to connect Google Cloud SQL - MySQL * 8.0 *

Hello, I canโ€™t connect to a Google Cloud SQL - MySQL 8.0 instance. No problem with MySQL 5.7. User, password and public IP address - all checked several times - are correct. Furthermore, the problem affects multiple Google products (Apps Script, Datastudio). How can I solve the problem? Thank you. My best regards.

Mysql 8.0 is working now, just tested.
