Unable to fetch app definition. Your app is blocked because a plan update is needed. You can update

About 4 days ago, I paid a yearly fee for the "AppSheet Starter" for 5 users of 270 USD /year. Today I am getting the following error message.

So I upgraded the app plan from Starter to Core, since the 'App Info' tab shows 'Minimal plan needed' = AppSheet Core.

However:

  1. The app was disabled without notification, despite purchasing a plan.
  2. Even though the plan was upgraded from 'Starter' to 'Core' approx  2 hours ago, the app is still inaccessible.
  3. Google Support is Legit impossible to contact. (I've had previous problems with Google Ads support and ended up cancelling the account due to account trouble which I could not get support for).
    1. I actually want to give Google money for a product, but it feels like they couldn't be bothered.

Also, not sure if it would help, but no luck logging into admin.google.com either (with either of the 2 google accounts I have).

Does anyone have any advice on how best to get this app back up and running? I've had 3 small business users working in the app for 2 weeks now, and they will have to resort to a paper contingency (and then retroactively enter their paper data (manually) into the data source after) unless Google gets me back up and running..
Am at their mercy. I suppose I could try and recreate the app from scratch and provide temporary relief until Google re-enables it.. but like, dont they want my money?

@Adaga I had this happen last week as well..

I had 5 prototype users and in middle of month removed 2 users and deployed with 3 paid licenses on starter. Then 4 days ago it also blocked definition.

Apparently the 30 day count message will go away over time but in order to get mine working again I had to Return to Prototype State and then after a minute or so I deployed again.... 

This worked in allowing my users and I to continue, support said when 30 day usage detects correct amount of users over 30 days it will dissappear..
