Unable to fetch app definition

Good afternoon!

We are having sudden issues with some of our applications accessing PostgreSQL DB as the details shown below:

Unable to fetch app definition. Error: Data table 'STREETLIGHT' is not accessible due to: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond. Error: Data table 'Assigned Pole' is not accessible due to: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

Any feedback is much appreciated.

Have you checked that you have all IP addresses whitelisted? Also the new ones from the last maybe two weeks ago?
