Unable to load image from iPhone Picture Gallery only take pictures

Hi all,

We have an app that does not require user logging and its a form to have people load images. On an iPhone we have noted that it only allows the user to take a picture but not selected if form the gallery.

The allow image input from gallery is set to ON.

The app is shared via a link to the form.

I have the same problem. You gave a possible cause. “…when the app requests access permissions to the files of the iPhone” at what moment does the app request that access?
How can this be fixed? I do not have an iphone…it is a Beta user who discover this issue, so I would like to give him precise instructions for solving the problem.
