Updates not syncing to table

I have an app with 3 tables. One table called "Approvals" no longer accept changes.

I have detail views UX created on this table with quick edits and they suddenly stopped syncing to my spreadsheet. I tried using the input function but didn't work either.

( The table and related slicers allow for add, updates and deletes)

Am i missing something?

Can you elaborate? You change a quick-edit column, and what exactly happens? Does it let you change the value in the app? Does the sync happen, or does it error out? Does the value stay changed in the app?
