Use Google Forms and AppSheet share the same Google Sheet?

We send a Google Forms Check-In URL to a vacation property manager, which is forwarded to a clients for completion. This automatically builds our occupancy database.

I prefer the AppSheet Check-In app workflow and flexibility but cannot work with the forced user sign-in.

Can I continue with Google Forms and AppSheet, for their individual merits and share the same Google Sheet? Google Forms will be a remote data source while on-site “Check-In” will be AppSheet - both apps sharing the same data and displayed in AppSheet.
